Tom Thomson Haunts Us Still

A big thank you to all of my followers. The interest seems to be mounting. Over the summer and fall, I have had several notable mentions which I’d like to share with you:

This summer I pleasantly discovered I was written into the script of the play Assassinating Thomson by Bruce Horak. I attended a performance and imagine the feeling when you are (secretly) in the audience and  part of the play too.

Today, I learned I was mentioned in a Huffington Post Article, Tom Thomson Haunts Us Still by shortlisted poet, Kevin Irie. His book Viewing Tom Thomson: A Minority Report has been nominated for the Toronto Book Awards Kevin had a fine description of what I am becoming – a ‘Canadian Sisyphus.’ Thanks, Kevin, for letting me be a part of the creation of your book.

Finally, I was published as the lead story in the ebook anthology, Canadian Spirit Writing Challenge 2013, published by the Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library and the Tom Thomson Art Gallery

Thanks everyone. The story never ends. There is more to come.

Affectionately,

‘Tom’
