Dear Florence,

Thank you for your letter. I thought I’d reply quickly, so you can finalize your plans. It turns out that the Lodge is filling up. I’ve held a room for you from May 4th to the 6th. Take the 8:10am from Toronto. You will arrive at Canoe Lake Station in the late afternoon and I will meet you there.

I’m glad you had a good show. You deserve it.
